Retail pods are an increasingly common sight in retail parks and supermarket carparks.
Our single modules allow retailers to increase rental income whilst also offering customers complementary services, without taking up precious retail floor space in the main retail outlet.
The pods are fully finished prior to siting. Our pre-panelised light gauge steel modules have excellent strength to weight properties which are ideal for pods which can be pre-fitted with heavy equipment for services such as hairdressing, shoe repairs and key cutting.
It takes around 4 hours to land and commission the pod at its final location, since all manufacturing and fit-out has been completed beforehand, all that is needed is connection to utilities and the pod can begin trading.
